Lucy’s journey began in Latin America, where she developed a strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for meaningful connections. After relocating to the United States in the late 1980s as a single mother, she built a thriving career in New York’s Latin media industry—refining her communication skills and gaining valuable experience in storytelling, marketing, and relationship building.
In the late 1990s, Lucy moved to Florida and co-managed a residential construction company with her husband. This hands-on experience in home building and property development gave her a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and real estate investment. She later expanded into the marine industry as a successful marina owner and operator, strengthening her expertise in waterfront properties and luxury coastal real estate.
After earning her Florida real estate license in 2015, Lucy quickly became a trusted name in the Tampa Bay real estate market. Her diverse background in construction, marine properties, and media gives her clients a unique advantage—combining sharp negotiation skills, strategic marketing, and an intuitive understanding of buyer and seller needs.
