Biography:

Lucy Ambrose grew up in Colombia and as a Single Mom migrated to the US in 1989. Before coming to the United States, she graduated from University with an Associate Degree in Marketing. Upon landing in New York, Lucy has always followed her dreams and has been very focused. She worked for Univision and Telemundo as an Entertainment Reporter, started her own local magazine, Professionally Modeled, organized Latin Media Events and Community Affairs. Working diligently on her achievements while raising her daughter Karen as a Single Mom.

In the mid 90’s she met her husband and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1996. From there she worked side by side with her husband in their Construction Company running Marketing and Community affairs while still being a Full Time Mom. Lucy’s love for people and the Real Estate Industry led her to becoming a Professional Real Estate Associate. Being a Mother of two beautiful girls and a “full time” career working together with her husband in their construction business, she dove in with both feet. Lucy is a very active member of our Latin Community here in Tampa Bay, she regularly donates her time to Community affairs, Absentee Elections for her beloved Colombia and Children’s Charity events. Growing up in Central America, Lucy is fluent in Spanish and English.

Lucy’s career change to Real Estate has been one of the most rewarding path’s she has chosen. Her goal is to provide every seller with an honest opinion on price and guide them to a successful closing. She has extensive experience in pricing, marketing, and negotiating. She loves serving her clients, which include first time home sellers/buyers, members of our military, government officials, professional athletes/musicians and everyone looking for their Dream Home. Being a Tampa Bay native since 1996, Lucy has extensive knowledge of the area. Lucy is continually educating herself to help her clients and community make the best real estate decisions. Fast forward several years, Lucy feels getting her real estate license has been the best most rewarding decision she has made for herself & family. Her greatest reward is her children who encourage her passion to drive for excellence and deliver top notch results.

When not assisting Clients in purchasing their dream homes or sellers listing to find that next dream home, Lucy enjoys playing golf, family boating and home projects. Lucy and Joe enjoy traveling, social gatherings and Latin dancing.
